Malaysian traditional dessert - Kuih Kosui (Glutinous Rice and Coconut Dessert) is a bite-size green banana-leaf-wrapped dessert. Inside the banana leaf there’s a layer of pillowy glutinous rice dough wrapped around a filling of furry, shredded coconut stir-fried with brown sugar and pandan.
